Winworth Construction: security case study
Winworth Construction Ltd:
Flexible, Monitored Security Across Multiple Live Construction Sites
The Client
Winworth Construction is a family-run construction business delivering new-build and refurbishment projects across the UK. Working in live industrial and commercial environments, the team places strong emphasis on health and safety, training and operational control on site.

The Challenge
Winworth needed temporary security that could move with the build.
Sites were active, changing and spread across multiple locations. Permanent infrastructure wasn’t practical. What was needed was visible deterrence, temporary construction security, reliable remote monitoring and the flexibility to reallocate protection as work progressed.
Protecting plant, tools and temporary accommodation was essential — as was maintaining compliance and providing clear, usable evidence for insurers.

Our Solution
We deployed seven mobile CCTV towers across five sites, providing a flexible construction CCTV solution designed for rapid installation and easy repositioning.
Each tower was linked to our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre for 24/7 monitored CCTV, alarm verification and fast escalation. Coverage focused on compound entrances, plant storage and temporary accommodation — with towers moved as site layouts changed.
The solution combined:
- mobile CCTV towers
- intruder alarms
- access control where required
- fire detection systems
All working together as a single, coordinated approach to construction-site security and fire protection.
