We had issues with one of our PIR’s last night which activated the alarm system 3 times, falsely. The monitoring staff contacted me on each occasion and I was also directed to an engineer who guided me through the process of isolating the problem PIR. The problem persisted so the alarm was left off overnight and the monitoring staff informed they would arrange for someone to ring me this morning. As promised, I was contacted around 9:15am and an engineer was arranged to visit our property which he did at 10:00 am. The engineer performed a reset of the PIR and informed me to contact you if there were any other issues with it and he would return to replace it. When he left, I set the alarm and left it for approximately an hour and it worked perfectly. Thank you to all departments involved for the excellent service and dealing with our Intruder Alarm issue so quickly. We think the monthly contract costs are good value considering the quality of service and efficient, polite and friendly staff.
