Junior Office Administrator

This role involves assisting with general administrative support within the Service Department with opportunities for specialisation and progression within the company. This is an opportunity to learn about the fire & security industry as a whole and work with a variety of common and industry-specific software programs. This position will be focused on the ordering of parts/equipment, monthly invoicing and showing initiative to support the rest of the Service Team to ensure that works are completed in a timely and correct manner.
Previous administration/office experience is preferred but not essential.
Full training in our procedures and security industry-specific software packages will be provided
Person Specification:
- General IT skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- A high-level attention to detail
- Clear & confident communication skills (verbal & written)
- A confident, friendly manner & strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and an interest in office administration

Pay: £22,500.00 per year
